Good product but damaged products sent by DeoDap

The lights are good and looks good when used for decoration. But of the 12 lights 2 does not work, The DeoDap team does not do a check before sending the items, I had orders multiple items and the items were just thrown into a cartoon (box) and sent. They did not verify if all items were sent or not and if the items were damaged or of proper quality. Pathetic packaging.i realised a few days later that for 1 of the items i had ordered 2 peices and only 1 piece was delivered. DeoDap is cheaper compared on any other seller but the team is least concerned with the product quality or packaging. Also we need to recored while opening the package as proof of items delivered. Pathetic.
