Still not received the parcel

What a garbage you guys are spreading. It have been 14 days and still i haven't received my package and you guys want me to review that are you guys scammers or what? I have called your customer service N number of times for my parcel I was ready to to and collect my parcel from your delivery location but guess what your customer care doesn't even know where is my parcel roaming and where the hell is your delivery station. Totally pissed off i am gonna give a written complaint in cyber crime investigation cell against you guys for scamming me and not giving my refund or my parcel. You guys just wait and watch.
