Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned..
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: BESIDE RAM VILLA APARTMENT VIMAL NAGAR 2 UNIVERSITY ROAD RAJKOT, RAJKOT, GJ, 360005, India.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Usually we ship the orders on the same day, orders received till 2:00 PM will be shipped on the same day, orders received after 2:00 PM will be shipped on the next working day. In any case we will ship your order within 48 hours.
For Customer living in Metros and Tier-1 cities products will get delivered within 5 working days, and for the rest of India they make take up-to 7 working days.
Delivery of products is however, limited to certain pin-code/locations. For more information on delivery locations of products, you can use the ‘Check Delivery’ option on product page OR call our customer support : 9624 6666 48
You will get updated status of shipment at its each stage from order is placed to, processes to, ready to ship to, dispatch to deliver. You can track your orders through; My Account -> Orders. Or what's app your order ID on 9624 66666 45 for instant track of your order.

However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 3 working days, to ship the order.
We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding Sunday & public holidays.
To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies (Aggregator vendor is ShipRocket).
While we strive hard to deliver on time, due to the load with the couriers, estimate a delay of 0-2 days.
While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
DeoDap is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
